II Path 1: Conformal Coating

| 3 | Coating | Spray entire board or selective areas — uniform thickness ♩ |
| 4 | Curing | Room temperature / thermal / UV curing 𝄞 |
| 5 | Inspection | Thickness check + visual inspection (no bubbles, no runs, no missed spots) ♬ |
| 6 | Demasking | Remove masking tape to expose areas that should not be coated ♪ |

PCBA surface is covered with a protective film — ready for use or enclosure installation.
III Path 2: Enclosure Installation
